I cannot recommend MAH Steel highly enough. I dealt with Richard and he was brilliant, always on the other end of the... phone / email to answer my numerous questions and he made me feel like I was his only client during these busy times. Steels were fabricated and delivered in record time, even the delivery driver was pleasant. I could not have asked for a better service. I meant it when I said your customer relations was exemplary. Keen to make the sale, not interested in putting it right when the order turns up wrong.Apparently I shouldn't expect... the steel to be primed despite the quote stating primed finish.------My response to below:I didn't threaten you with a poor review, I posted this after your salesman tried to blag me that the quote doesn't reflect what I'm actually going to get.I've asked for a 10% refund to cover my costs painting the steel. That's fair given the mistake is entirely on your end.Your salesman then came to me asking to take the review down and trying to bribe me with a future discount.Can you show me where in the WhatsApp chat Ben offered me primed finish and I declined? Funny I don't see it my end, just the quotes stating primed finish.Good luck with your business. I will have to try this trick on my customers - I'll leave the job half finished and say 'the quote is just a template!'read more

We took over a complicated roof extension project from a contractor who left the project without completing it. MAH... had manufactured part of the steel frame and the project was in chaos.MAH worked closely with us, throughout the Covid-19 crisis, to assist us with understanding the project, manufacturing very quickly the outstanding steel (over 33 tonne) and providing a very professional installation team to install the frame.The interface with the existing building was not understood during the initial design stage and MAH responding very quickly to manufacture additional brackets or steel sections that were required.MAH are now on our preferred supplier database and we will without question work with them again.read more

I have used MAH Steel Ltd to produce and deliver steel beams and they were superior by any means. Initial reaction time... was about only two days from placing an order to delivery. Delivery was very accurate and driver was experienced and assisted with everything possible to lift the beams to their places.Well done...read more
