PHASE 1
Site survey & consultation
Once we have been engaged on your project, and your site is ready for a survey, then your journey with some of the most capable and respected hands in the steel industry starts. One of our dedicated, hugely experienced surveyor-draughtsman will attend site to measure and weave themselves into the fabric of your project. This first stage is often the most demanding in terms of understanding the nuances of the requirements and sets the scene for a successful project. The meticulous way in which our staff understand your project transforms from a standard survey, to a bespoke on-site consultation and beyond. We engage the design and engineering team’s client side. Not all projects require a site survey, we are equally adept at working closely with builders directly for speedier expectations.
PHASE 2
3D & general arrangement, drawing production
After the critical first stage site survey and consultation, it is time to move into the drawing stage. Our surveyor-draughtsman, will often be the person who has attended site, this of course minimises the chance of any potential missed information, or handover quirks. They will produce a 3D model and general arrangement drawings for approval. At this stage it is passed back to client side for engineer approval. We will then wait for approval or indeed comments for amendments. This time can vary, depending on various factors. We provide clear communication to all stakeholders of where you are in your project journey. All projects are carried out in accordance with international standardisation, as well as applicable standards of construction to meet all the necessary standards.
TIMELINE: 3-5 DAYS
PHASE 3
Fabrication drawings & production
Once the approval and comments phase has been completed, then it is over to perhaps the most impressive of all the phases, manufacture and production. Our steel fabricators team have over 100 years combined experience and they are the fastest, most-accurate team of professionals. They are all fully coded to the latest working industry-standard working practices and once they are biting into your project the sparks really do fly! Because of the meticulous attention to detail that precedes this critical stage, the production team are then able to produce staggering quantities of fully fabricated steel in short time frames.
TIMELINE: 5* DAYS
* Clearly the time frames are determined with the complexity and size of the project requirements, however, to our knowledge and our customers experiences and feedback, there are not faster, more accurate, friendly, and dedicated steel fabricators around.
PHASE 4
Delivery and beyond
From the outset and all along your journey, we provide clear communication that is second to none which culminates in a superior delivery experience. You, as our customer will always know which stage your project is at, at any given moment. The phasing of your project would have already been planned at inception (although we are agile enough to cope with changes) and so a specifically chosen vehicle within our specialist fleet of vehicles will deliver the critical steel for your projects. Your steel is delivered swiftly, safely and expectations are clear to arrival times. Our vehicles have specialist hi-abs up to 30 metres and if required we can arrange for other transportation methods for individual site requirements, whatever it takes.
