Structural Steel Fabrication

At MAH Steel, we are Kent-based steel fabricators that provide fast, accurate structural steel fabrication with lead times from 24–48 hours on standard orders. All work is completed to recognised industry standards, with welders certified to BS EN 287-1 and procedures approved to BS EN 288.

Using modern saw and drill lines, we achieve precise cuts and boreholes for consistent fit-up on site, helping reduce delays and installation issues.

Onsite fabrication

MAH Steel offer unbeatable onsite fabrication and welding services. We work on anything from single welded connections, remedial steelworks and snagging other previous suppliers sub-standard steel.

Onsite fabrication can be both costly and time consuming, but our team of onsite fabricators have a wealth of experience that you can call upon as and when you need it.

CNC steel profiling

MAH Steel pride ourselves on being the highest quality steel fabricators. So to make sure we stay that way, we produce all our steel plates and steel sections on the newest CNC steel profiling machinery and drilling line technology.

With CNC Profiling there is no human error. Our robotic machines allow for a ± tolerance of 0.0025mm on concentricity and diameter. It profiles any steel shape allowing it for use on one-off projects and batch quantity requests. As well as shape cutting, we also complete the highest standard for all milling, drilling, scribing and marking on all of our projects.

Drilling

We offer a drilling service to complete the unique customisation of your MAH Steel materials. Our team has an extensive knowledge and experience that lets us to exceed the expectations of our clients to deliver quality service.

All of our drilling is highly accurate to ensure a tight seal between the metal and other materials. We have only the best tools and facilities in our workshop to manufacture steel products to suit any size of projects.

Punching

We offer our unbeatable punching service using the latest punching equipment to produce holes and slots in a variety of steel materials.
