A clear route from start to site.
Four practical stages, one dedicated point of contact. Your account manager coordinates the details and keeps drawings, fabrication, checks and delivery connected to your programme. Our average project turnaround is 3 to 4 working days, though timescales depend on the size and complexity of the project.

Understand the job
We start with your requirements, programme and access considerations. A surveyor-draughtsman can visit site and measure up, or we can work from suitable drawings when a survey isn't needed.

Drawings and approvals
We prepare general arrangement drawings and, where appropriate, 3D coordination. The same surveyor-draughtsman usually carries the detail forward. You and your engineer approve the drawings before fabrication starts.

Fabricate and check
Steel is cut, drilled, welded and finished in our Gravesend workshop to the approved specification. We regularly work with universal beams, columns, flats, angles and channels. Checks take place through fabrication and before dispatch, so the steel is ready for the next stage.

Deliver and install
We plan delivery around the site and your programme, so steel arrives in the right sequence and ready for installation, which helps keep the site organised and avoids unnecessary delays. Our own HIAB-equipped lorries can offload and lift steel where access permits, with erection and installation support available where agreed.
Getting steel to site is one thing. Getting it into position is another.
London deliveries aren't always straightforward. Narrow roads, tight turns, restricted access and confined working areas all need experience. MAH's own drivers know how to approach difficult sites and work with the team to plan the delivery.
Our HIAB-equipped fleet gives us options for lifting steel over buildings, into rear gardens and towards upper levels, subject to site conditions and safe lifting requirements.
Our operators are ALMI trained. Vehicle access, reach, loads and lifting arrangements are assessed for each job.
