Our team works with key structural steel sections including universal beams, columns, flats, angles, and channels, all prepared to meet project requirements. Your structural steelwork process
1. Understanding your project
We begin by reviewing your requirements in detail, often supported by a site survey to gather accurate information. This ensures we fully understand the scope before work begins.
2. Planning and design
Our team prepares your project using detailed drawings and, where required, 3D modelling. This helps identify any challenges early and ensures accuracy before fabrication starts.
3. Fabrication and quality control
Steel is fabricated in our workshop by experienced engineers and welders, following strict quality checks at every stage. All work is completed to recognised standards, ensuring accuracy, strength, and compliance.
4. Delivery and installation
We manage logistics to ensure your steel is delivered on time and ready for installation. Our team can also support with on-site erection where required, helping keep your project on schedule.

PHASE 1
Site survey & consultation
Once engaged on your project and the site is ready, we begin with a detailed survey where required. One of our experienced surveyor-draughtsmen will attend site to take accurate measurements and fully understand the project requirements.
This stage is critical in identifying key details early and ensuring everything is prepared correctly for fabrication. We work closely with your design and engineering team where needed, maintaining clear communication throughout. For simpler or time-sensitive projects, we can also work directly from drawings, allowing for a faster turnaround without the need for a site visit.
PHASE 2
3D & general arrangement, drawing production
Following the site survey, we move into the drawing stage. The same surveyor-draughtsman who attended site will typically produce the drawings, ensuring accuracy and continuity.
We prepare general arrangement drawings and, where required, 3D models for client and engineer approval. Any feedback or amendments are incorporated before final sign-off, with timelines depending on the approval process. Throughout this stage, we maintain clear communication with all parties to ensure the project progresses smoothly and in line with required standards.TIMELINE: 3-5 DAYS
PHASE 3
Fabrication drawings & production
Once drawings are approved, the project moves into fabrication. Our workshop team produces each steel component in line with approved specifications, using established processes and industry-standard practices.
Quality control is carried out throughout production, with checks at each stage to ensure accuracy and consistency. This structured approach allows us to maintain high standards while delivering fabricated steel within reliable timeframes.TIMELINE: 5* DAYS
* Clearly the time frames are determined with the complexity and size of the project requirements, however, to our knowledge and our customers experiences and feedback, there are not faster, more accurate, friendly, and dedicated steel fabricators around.
PHASE 4
Delivery and beyond
From the outset, we maintain clear and consistent communication so you always know the status of your project. Delivery is planned in advance to align with your programme, while remaining flexible to adapt to any changes on site.
Our fleet is equipped to handle a wide range of delivery requirements, ensuring steel is transported safely and efficiently. Vehicles with specialist lifting capabilities are available where needed, allowing for accurate placement and smooth offloading on site.
