Steel fabrication for Buckinghamshire

MAH Steel fabricates structural steel at our Gravesend workshop in Kent for projects across Buckinghamshire, from Milton Keynes and Aylesbury to High Wycombe, Amersham and Marlow, with lorry-mounted crane (HIAB) delivery assessed for each address. The M40 crosses the south of the county, the M1 serves Milton Keynes and the A41 runs through Aylesbury.

Buckinghamshire is administered in two parts: Buckinghamshire Council covers about four-fifths of the county and Milton Keynes City Council covers the rest. The Chiltern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, cover the south of the county, which also has market towns and rural plots.

MAH works with contractors, developers and construction teams across the county. Steel is fabricated at Gravesend from the structural engineer's drawings, with MAH coordinating with the architect or builder, and it is checked before it is loaded. A large stock of sections is held at the workshop for planned and urgent requirements. For larger packages, MAH describes fabrication, HIAB delivery and onsite installation or steel erection as one joined-up service with project management, which can simplify things where several trades are waiting on the steel.
