Steel fabrication for North London

MAH Steel fabricates structural steel at our Gravesend workshop in Kent and delivers by lorry-mounted crane (HIAB) across North London, from Camden and Islington to Barnet, Haringey and Enfield. We supply builders, architects, engineers and homeowners for lofts, extensions, refurbishments and larger structural projects.

North London takes in some of the capital's most closely built boroughs and its outer edge. Camden borders Barnet, Haringey and Islington, while Enfield reaches north to the Hertfordshire border, so one job can be a restricted inner-borough site and the next a larger plot a short distance from the M25. MAH supplies builders, architects, engineers and homeowners across that range, from loft conversions to larger structural projects.

Northbound deliveries can follow the A2 to the M25 and then the north side of the ring road, which means crossing the Thames at the Dartford Crossing. At junction 23 the A1(M) meets the M25 and the A1 runs south through Barnet, Finchley, Archway and Islington, with the A400 branching at Archway towards Camden. Further east, the A10 leaves the M25 at junction 25 and runs through Enfield and Tottenham towards the City, with the A406, A503 and A105 giving cross links to Wood Green and Finsbury Park. Those are the principal corridors; the route actually used is chosen for each delivery.
