Complexity Level:
The design was a little tricky as we had to ensure everything was where it should be. I liaised with client after I sketched up positions, measurements and connection details. Once client had approved what I designed we was good to go.

Project Overview
It involved some careful planning to ensure everything went together well and delivered into a position where the client could successfully maneuver and install the steels.The Challenge
The challenges were mainly in design to ensure we got the shelving plates and structural splices into position where they wouldn’t clash with shelving plates supporting chimney breast. Also delivering into position for client on outside roof took some careful crane work to ensure nothing was damaged.
Our Approach
Design & Planning
Design was managed by myself. Customer liaised with me mainly through WhatsApp. After client approving my sketches and detail with correct dimensions, we were good to go.
Fabrication
Accurate measurements from skilled fabricators, precise cutting from our highly capable band saws, successful drilling completed with mag drills and hole punch machine, all pieced together with neat and tidy welding, finished with a grey primer for steel protection.
Delivery & Installation
Delivered on hiab crane by one of our very skilled driver/operators and successfully loaded onto roof as per clients request.
