Our professional steel erectors hold their CITB accreditation, and all our welders are certified to BS EN 287-1 with weld procedure approval to BS EN 288. Plus, our collective commitment means every piece of structural steel meets rigorous standards, including our overarching CE-certification. Managing Director
Jamie started MAH Steel over 10 years ago with the sole aim of being not only the best steel company around, but the friendliest. His vision in the early days helped shine a light through the late nights, as not only was he running the company, he was often here, along with his partner Courtney at 1am in the morning, steel painting beams for delivery the following day! That drive and determination is still prevalent for all employees to see and it is infectious & works its way down through everybody who works at MAH Steel.
Jamie’s strengths are his determination, winning mentality and loyalty, if one then couples this with his sales prowess and genuine compassion for……success(!) then it is plain to see why MAH Steel is growing year on year – which he often celebrates with rather nice glass or two of red wine (it’s either for this reason, or for medicinal purposes of the hidden challenges that running a successful business brings!)
Courtney
Financial Director
Courtney is one of the founding Directors of MAH Steel and has been an integral part in steering MAH Steel to where it is now, attracting general builders, loft converters and construction contractors to see the light in working with MAH Steel.
Together with Jamie, the Managing Director in the early years of MAH Steel, she could also be found at 2am painting beams so that no customers were ever let down! This vision, tenacity and dedication to the company mission statement “we don’t let our customers down” is still the same as we enter a new phase in our growth.
Courtney is meticulous over the finer details and has a sixth sense in being able to trouble-shoot often difficult situations and direct people through to positive conclusions. She is supremely calm under pressure and is a soothing, well received voice woven into the very foundations of MAH Steel. If you get to speak with her, you will find her as a charming, personable lady and is well respected with her employees and customers alike.

Operations Manager
Domas is the happy father of two girls and our operations manager. He’s driven with the right attitude and loyalty making him a team player and hard worker. Domas is always supportive of his team and always willing to go an extra mile to help his clients. On top of that he has a great sense of humour!
Nick
Sales Manager
Nick has been with MAH Steel for over 4 years, having swapped careers from the city to steel. He is a friendly, approachable chap who is always helpful to our customers. Nick wears many hats; however, he is responsible for sales and our customers, new and old. He responds well to his helpful customer service manner.
Emma
Accounts Manager
Emma leads our Accounts department, ensuring that our suppliers are paid promptly and that our customers settle their accounts on time. She manages year-end accounts and VAT with precision, playing a vital role in the smooth running of the business. Known for her sharp wit and great sense of humor, Emma is a favorite among the team and brings positivity to everything she does.

Barry has been with MAH Steel since day one. The most experienced member of the team, if anyone has a question Barry is our go-to man. What he doesn’t know about steel, isn’t worth knowing. A keen angler, Barry loves nothing more than donning a pair of waders and arranging his tackle down by the river!
Chris
Draughtsman
Full time draughtsman, Chris started fabricating and welding in 2004. If there’s something he doesn’t know about fabricating steelworks it’s probably not worth knowing! Chris joined MAH Steel in 2016 and has not looked back since.
Jordan
Sales Executive
Jordan, known to us as ‘Steelman Joe’ has been with MAH Steel for just over a year but has managed client accounts within the construction industry for over a decade. He is a family man with 6 kids (brave man, Lol!.) Joe brings a wealth of Industry knowledge to the team and is focused on ensuring that his clients always receive an excellent service, with projects being delivered on time and as agreed.

Sales Executive
Andrew Proud father of two not so young children. Andrew has been in the steel business over 20 years amazingly and still loves it! Happy to deal with enquiries big or small. Football (Arsenal) and Boxing are his sporting passions. Toad in the hole and roast dinners are his culinary passions!

Mia has been with MAH Steel for just over a year, quickly making her mark with her dedication and hard work. Outside of her professional life, Mia enjoys the freedom of driving, studying psychology, vibing to drum and bass music, and indulging in her love for good food.
Abbie
Accounts Assistant
Abbie plays a key role at Mah Steel as our Accounts Assistant, having been with us for just over 2 years. She ensures payments are handled promptly and efficiently. Her bubbly and friendly personality makes her a great person to interact with, especially when she’s chasing payments —maintaining a positive and helpful attitude while still getting the job done.

Scott’s been working for MAH Steel since the very beginning. He started off as a fabricator but over the years has worked his way to workshop manager. When needed, he can fill in for operating the saw and fabricating. Scott enjoys DJing most weekends for friends and small gatherings. He works hard and plays harder!

Forklift Driver
Having started at MAH as a labourer, Shane is now a full-time forklift driver. He also has a dream to be an HGV Driver or a welder one day. Only at MAH has it been possible to work towards these goals. Shane gets on great with the rest of the team and clients at MAH Steel.

Lorry Driver
Terry is from the good old East End of London and we all know it (ask him to say Canning Town!) Some say he is brash and moody, however we know that this is not the case. Terry is trustworthy and loyal, with a no-nonsense approach to getting steel delivered quickly and safely. He delivers steel with swiftness and accuracy and is a dab hand with his crane. He does swear on the odd occasion though.
