Delivery Approach:
Fabrication began once we had drawn up the project by one of our in-house draftsmen, followed by delivery with live tracking and a 30-minute call-ahead from the driver, ensuring an on time and effortless delivery for our client.

This was a project that was of a complex nature as it was fabricated from predominately Circular hollow sections and had many angles that needed to be perfect

Project Overview
Tim contacted MAH Steel to see if we could make him a cutter wheel frame for his Yard in Ipswich. Our project manager, Jordan, quickly provided a competitive price based on the clients drawings, and supplied the frame in a very prompt manner.The Challenge
The main challenges were turning around the project in a speedy fashion, whilst also ensuring that the fabrication detail’s were followed to a ‘T’
Our Approach
Design & Planning
The design stage, was a simple case of us drawing the project in line with the design provided by the client and then sending GA’s and a 3d Model to the client to check and comment on, before we finalised the design and began fabrication.
Fabrication
All steel for this project was custom-made in MAH Steel’s UK workshop to match the engineer’s drawings exactly. Before fabrication, our team carefully checked the measurements and details to make sure everything would fit correctly on site.
The steel was cut, prepared, and clearly labelled so installation was straightforward and hassle-free. Any technical points were explained in plain English, giving the homeowner confidence that the steelwork was right first time.
Once complete, the steel was securely prepared for delivery and supplied ready for smooth installation, helping the renovation stay on schedule.
Delivery & Installation
Delivery was arranged with live tracking and communication.
