Delivering a custom structural steel platform for rooftop air conditioning units

Next, we applied a layer of paint to provide an initial defense against corrosion. For additional long-term protection, we galvanised the entire structure. This process immersed the steel in molten zinc, creating a weather-resistant coating that shields against rust and environmental wear.

Steel assembly and delivery

With the platform fully fabricated and finished, we prepared it for delivery. The final assembly included attaching bolts, nuts, washers, and steel-to-steel fixings, ensuring that all components were ready for seamless installation on-site. The platform was loaded onto our 30-meter Hiab lorry, with our driver carefully securing the load for safe transportation.

The platform was then delivered to the client’s site for installation. Our installation team arrived early, equipped with the necessary tools and expertise to complete the job efficiently. They worked methodically, following the approved installation plan to secure the platform in place.
