Steel fabrication for Basildon

MAH Steel fabricates structural steel at our Gravesend workshop in Kent for builders, architects and homeowners in Basildon, Billericay and Wickford. Basildon was designated a new town in 1949 and mixes post-war neighbourhoods, earlier plotland housing and large industrial areas. We deliver by lorry-mounted crane (HIAB).

Basildon has a lot of trade and industrial premises, and a large stock of structural sections is held at the Gravesend workshop so MAH can respond to planned and urgent requirements. From Kent the principal corridor is the M25 and then the A13 or A127, both dual carriageways, which run south and north of the town. The A176 leads north to Billericay and the A132 to Wickford.

The industrial areas at Laindon, Cranes Farm Road and Burnt Mills are a different offload from a residential street, so say which type of site it is when you enquire. The 15 m HIAB is the one for tight access and residential streets, the 22 m is mid-range and the 30 m with fly jib is for higher reach; the right vehicle is confirmed per job.
