Steel fabrication for Edgware

MAH Steel fabricates structural steel at our Gravesend workshop in Kent for extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments in Edgware, Burnt Oak, Stanmore and Mill Hill, with delivery by lorry-mounted crane (HIAB). Edgware is a largely suburban shopping and residential area on the A5, in the London Borough of Barnet.

Edgware is generally suburban, with some roads of large suburban houses, so a rear-garden lift is often the question: the cranes can lift over buildings and into rear gardens, with 15 m reach for tight access and 22 m or 30 m (fly jib) for longer distances, confirmed per job. Onsite fabrication can adjust steel to fit once it arrives.

The lorry joins the M1 at its M25 interchange, drives south and leaves for the A41, which meets the A5 and A410 at Edgware; the A5 runs along the Edgware boundary. The area lies in Barnet and informally extends into Harrow, so if a crane has to stand on the public highway, which borough's licence and parking-bay process applies depends on the address.
