A returning customer asked us for 128 galvanised steel support posts to reinforce existing fencing at a site in Newmarket. The specification was 152x152x23 UC (universal columns).
Work delivered
Cutting and drilling
The steel sections were sourced from our wholesale supplier and cut to length at our Gravesend workshop. Hanging holes were then drilled in each post, for the customer's planned method of installation, and deburred.
Finish and delivery
The columns were shot blasted and sent to a third-party galvaniser for hot-dip galvanising. When they came back, we loaded them onto one of our flatbed lorries and delivered them to site on the scheduled date.

128 galvanised posts delivered on time
The customer installed the columns on site and completed the fencing reinforcement as planned
