Project overview
A client in Chislehurst appointed us to design, fabricate and deliver three bespoke crank sections, with design support, fabrication, protective coating and on-site assistance.
How we did it
Drawings and fabrication
Our design team produced detailed drawings from the client's requirements and secured approval before fabrication began. Production was fast-tracked: the components were cut, fabricated and jig-aligned so the assemblies would fit as designed, with staged quality checks at each phase before the work moved on.
Finish and delivery
After inspection, all components were primed in our paint bay to the client's specified finish. We loaded the three crank sections onto our 30-metre Hiab lorry, secured them for transport and arranged a dedicated driver to help with positioning on site.
