Steel fabrication for Brentwood

MAH Steel fabricates structural steel at our Gravesend workshop in Kent for domestic and commercial projects in Brentwood and Warley, with delivery by lorry-mounted crane (HIAB). Brentwood is a commuter-belt town just outside the M25, with the A12 bypassing it to the north and the A128 running through the centre.

From Gravesend the steel joins the M25 and leaves at the junction for the A12 and A1023, with the A1023 the road for Brentwood. The M25 lies only about 1.2 miles south-west of the town, so most of the journey is motorway and the part that needs planning is the last stretch on town roads.

On extension and alteration work, dimensions sometimes need adjusting once the opening is exposed. MAH's onsite team can modify beams and connections and carry out remedial steelwork on site, working from the engineer's drawings or measurements, with lifting and handling support where required. The 15 m, 22 m and 30 m (fly jib) HIAB options are confirmed for each job.
