Project overview
One of our regular customers asked us for steel for a project at a primary school near Folkestone and Hythe, Kent. In the customer's words it was "not one of your usual jobs": the steel was needed as hoops.
Work delivered
Drawings, rolling and fabrication
We worked closely with the customer to understand exactly what was required. Once the customer had signed off the drawings, we had the material rolled to the required shape. The steel was delivered to our yard, taken to the saw by fork truck on rollers, marked to length and cut to size by our sawman, and passed to the fabricators bench to be fabricated to the drawing provided.
Powder coating and delivery
After fabrication the steel was sent to our trusted powder coating company, with RAL 4007 purple as the colour choice. Once checked off by a quality control manager, it was loaded by fork truck onto one of our Hiab lorries and delivered to site, ready for the customer to install.
Outcome

Not one of your usual job, this time I needed some ‘’hoops’’ for a project we are doing at a local school. As always MAH pulled it out the bag and delivered on time and on budget.
