Had to navigate a very tight narrow road with multiple obstacles but managed to successfully deliver all steels over the property into back garden.

Project Overview
First time job for a new client I’ve been speaking with for a few months. Needed some steels delivered and dropped at the back of the property for adequate access so client could install steels.The Challenge
Liaising with client was a little challenging during the planning of project as I needed to sketch how the steels connected and how they would look to some degree visually. Also as mentioned before the challenge of delivering due to limited access.
Our Approach
Design & Planning
We worked closely with the client throughout the design stage, discussing details back and forth to refine how the steel elements would sit and look within the space. Once all components were sketched and finalised, the drawings were sent for approval before moving ahead with the order.
Fabrication
After approval, the steelwork was fabricated in our workshop, including cutting, drilling, welding, and painting to specification. Each element was carefully prepared to ensure accuracy and a clean finish ahead of delivery.
Delivery & Installation
The completed steel was then loaded onto our 30-metre HIAB lorry and delivered to site. Despite restricted access, our experienced crane operator positioned the vehicle precisely and safely lifted the steelwork over the property roof, placing it directly into the rear garden for installation.
