Steel fabrication for Hassocks

MAH Steel fabricates structural steel at our Gravesend workshop in Kent for extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments in Hassocks, Hurstpierpoint and Ditchling, with delivery by lorry-mounted crane (HIAB). Hassocks lies among the South Downs, about 7 miles north of Brighton, below the Clayton windmills known as Jack and Jill.

Steel for loft conversions and extensions is fabricated from the structural engineer's drawings at the Gravesend workshop and delivered by HIAB. The route is a clear line: the M25 to junction 7, the M23 to Pease Pottage, the A23 south to Pyecombe, then the A273 Burgess Hill Road north to Hassocks.

The housing here runs from the 1930s Grand Avenue area to the Friars Oak meadows, now being developed under the Neighbourhood Plan, so builders may be working on older houses and new ground alike. For either, the HIAB fleet offers 15 m, 22 m and 30 m reach (the 30 m with fly jib), and the right vehicle is confirmed for the job.
