Delivery Approach:
The steel was delivered to site by one of our lorries with a Hiab crane and was dropped roadside as per the clients request.

Complexity Level:
For MAH Steel, this was a very straightforward project and was turned around from the sketch to delivery to the galvanisers within 48 hours. The galvanisers returned it to us 4 days later and we then delivered to the customer directly.

Project Overview
Fash turnaround, perfect fabrication and the end product exactly as required by the customer.The Challenge
Fabrication on a steel beam with a shelving plate to support and outer skin of brickwork. The fabrication included stiffeners for strength and was to be galvanised to protect it against the elements/moisture.

From client sketch to fabrication and delivery, the process was very smooth as we fabricate these regularly, and as such is a simple project for MAH Steel.
Fabrication
The shelving plate was stitch welded and the stiffeners were welded at regular intervals along the beam to improve the strength of the plate.
