Steel fabrication for South West London

MAH Steel fabricates structural steel at our Gravesend workshop in Kent for builders, architects and homeowners across South West London, from Battersea, Tooting and Wimbledon to Kingston and Richmond, with delivery by lorry-mounted crane (HIAB).

South West London has no single official boundary. It covers the SW postcode area and the western part of South London, and from 2008 to 2011 it was also a London Plan sub-region including Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Wandsworth, Lambeth, Croydon and Sutton. Battersea and Tooting are in Wandsworth, Wimbledon is in Merton, and Kingston and Richmond are Thames-side boroughs. MAH supplies builders, architects and homeowners across that spread for home extensions, loft conversions and basement conversions, as well as larger structural work.

The principal link from the M25 is the A3. It leaves the ring road at junction 10 and runs north-east through Kingston, Roehampton, Putney Heath, Putney and Wandsworth, and at Tibbets Corner it meets the A219 for Wimbledon. The A24 runs from Clapham to Merton via Tooting and, further south, links to the M25 at Leatherhead through Sutton, Morden and Merton. Richmond is reached differently: the M3 from the M25 meets the A316 at Sunbury Cross, and the A316 runs through Twickenham and bypasses Richmond to the north. As ever, the road used is chosen for each delivery.
